How to Attach Peloton Shoes to Bike?

Do you have a Peloton but don’t know how to attach the shoes to the bike? Fear not! This step-by-step guide will show you how simple it is. Just follow these easy steps and you’ll be cycling in no time!

How to Attach Peloton Shoes to Bike?

Step 1: Insert the correct pedal into the correct side of the bike. The flat side faces out, and you can tell by looking at it from above. If there’s a little nub on one side of the pedal, that’s for your right foot. If there is no nub, that’s for your left foot.

Step 2: Next, place the toe cage on your shoe so that all of the straps are loose. Then slip your feet in. It should feel like you are putting your foot into a sock with rubber on the bottom. Make sure to put one foot in first and give it a little wiggle to make sure everything is comfortable.

Step 3: Then, you’re going to click your heels into the pedals. If you are wearing road shoes with three pins, make sure that they are lined up correctly for optimum power transfer. You should be able to turn them with medium pressure.

Step 4: Lastly, adjust the straps as needed and done! You can now ride your Peloton to your heart’s content. Just make sure you keep them clean by wiping them with a damp cloth and never using any kind of cleaner or detergent on them. Congratulations, you are now a Peloton expert!
