How to Take Peloton Shoes off Your Feet? 3 Methods

How to Take Peloton Shoes off Your Feet?

Known to be one of the most durable and comfortable shoes on the market, Peloton shoes are a popular choice for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. However, taking them off can be a challenge. In this blog post, we will show you how to take Peloton shoes off your feet without damaging them or your skin.

How to Take Your Peloton Shoes Off Easily?

In the past, readers have been curious about how to take their shoes off without damaging them. My interest in this began last year when I saw a member of the peloton community asking for tips on how they can wear their new shoes comfortably while taking them off at work.

One of the most common problems we see is that Peloton shoes are often tight inside and pulling them out can damage your shoes at the front. This will not only cause you discomfort but may also lead to injuries such as blisters or damaged skin on your feet. Therefore, it’s important to come up with a technique for taking these shoes off. This is what we will show you in this article:

How to Take Peloton Shoes Off Easily: 3 Easy Steps

1) Using the Hanger and the Shoe Horn Method

The first thing that we do to take Peloton shoes off easily is using a hanger and shoehorn. The idea is simple, you will use the hanger to push down one side of the Peloton shoe (The inside most part of the shoe) and then slide it into an open space. Take note, this is done while leaving the heel in place so that your heel doesn’t move.

Once you have successfully pushed aside one side of your shoe, simply pull your foot out without moving it too much. The movement here is similar to pulling off a sock. Just be careful not to pull or twist your heel.

2) Pull Your Foot Out Using the Tube Method

I recently saw this method being used by one of the Peloton community members and I found it very helpful!

It’s simple and effective. While your shoe is still on, simply push your foot deep inside the shoe so that only the heel is showing outside.

Take a plastic tube or a pen and place it at the back of the heel. Then begin to roll out your foot while applying gentle pressure on the tube. This will help you pull off your foot easier.

Just be careful not to break the plastic tube so that you can use it for future shoe removal. This technique is great if your shoes are a little more narrow or tight as it gives you some space for leverage, allowing you to pull your foot out without damaging its front part!

3) Pull Your Foot Out Using the Cup and Spoon Method

The last method we will show you is the cup and spoon method. Simply grab a cup and use it to cover the front half of your shoe while holding onto one side. Then, take a spoon or another object with some weight on it and place it over the heel part of your shoe.

Finally, simply pull your foot out while holding on to the cup and spoon so that it doesn’t slip off. A similar technique can be used by inserting a shoehorn into the front part of your shoe while using one hand to hold the heel in place.

Once you have successfully taken your shoes off, simply store them away until they are needed again!

So that’s it! Hope you found these tips on how to take Peloton shoes off your feet helpful. Which of these methods is your favorite? Do they work for you? Let us know in the comments below!

And don’t forget to share this article with anyone who has difficulty taking their shoes off. If they find these techniques useful, they would be very grateful to you!
