Shipping 

After receiving your order information, we will begin processing it immediately, it will take about 1-2 business days on average. Your product will then be shipped out,and we will sent you a tranking number of your order at the same time. Shipping takes about 5-9 business days. Shipping is made via EMS/USPS. And you can track it from the www.ems.com.cn after 1-3 days later you received the tracking number

We Currently offer Free Shipping Internationally.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.

Return

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please submit your return request by email to service@onestoptown.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to onestoptown.com must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved.

Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to onestoptown.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, a $25 shipping & handling fee ($25 for first 1 items and $8 for each additional item returned) will be retained to cover shipping charge. 

Important Notice: For refund, if not you not like shoes you get, we can refund full amout reduce we cost in shipping. 

*Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. onestoptown.com receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by X RATE.

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to onestoptown.com. The $25 will be used ship the exchanged item back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to onestoptown.com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
